I own one car. That puts a hard ceiling on how often I have something to say about it, and it is why this section exists: the industry keeps moving whether or not anything happens to my Han.
What goes in here, and what does not
Every post in this section is a comment, not a summary. The rule I hold myself to: a post links the Chinese primary document it is about — the manufacturer’s own announcement, the regulator’s own notice, the industry body’s own data — and not somebody else’s write-up of it. English outlets are how I find these things. They are not what I cite.
Each post also has to connect to something that actually happened to this car, and it has to answer one question: what does this mean for a person already driving one of these in Europe? If a story has no answer to that, it does not get written up. Rumours and unattributed leaks are out entirely, however good the traffic would be.
The ownership journal is separate and lives at /journal/. That is the part built on five years and 50,000 km, and nothing here dilutes it.
